1. Login to OTYS Go! In yoru own environement

2. Go to client manager

3. Open Partners

4. Open MrWork

5. Add the customer at Partner information

6. Add the customer at Partner widgets > Smart Inbox

7. Login the environment of the customer

8. Go to client settings Open setting GE285 - activated partners for client

9. Enable MrWork

10. Add a tab in the candidate detail called Whatsapp

11. Place the partner widget and select Smart Inbox.

12. Go to client settings

Generate API Key
Go to MyOTYS and generate an API key:

First name: smartinbox Last name: webservices
