At OTYS we see the great potential AI has to offer to our organization and our customers. AI is proving to save us time and make our processes far more efficient. However, we also see the risks involved in AI-usage. Besides us having a legal obligation in this matter, we also feel that it is our responsibility to ensure that AI is used in a responsible way within OTYS itself, and we encourage and stimulate our customers to do the same. Because we believe in clear communication and open conversations we’ve created a document which goes over our AI principles. Below you will find this document which gives you an overview of these AI principles that we as OTYS take into account in our processes. IT also looks at the AI features OTYS offers to its clients, as well as how each principle is applied in each feature.

In this chapter we will provide you with some generic information about OTYS, the OTYS AI Features Principles and the further structure of the document.AI Principles
In this chapter we will list the AI principles we have defined within the Mysolution Group (for example ‘Transparency’) and we will give you some proper context for each principle.AI Features
In this chapter we will list the AI features we offer to our clients through our products. Per AI feature we will give a short description of what the feature does, and we will reflect on how we apply each of our AI principles to that specific feature.

It is not a manual explaining the exact configuration and/or usage of our AI features.
