As a user, you can set up your own profile, account details and configure your integrations.

  1. Log in to the OTYS environment.

  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the profile picture.

  3. Select “Settings”
    → The Settings Manager module will open directly to the Client settings

It will look like this:

In the user settings, access the Account tab

  • Login Details: Update username and password for accessing OTYS.

  • Personal Data: Update job title and mobile phone number.

  • Configuration: Update personal email signature and reminder permissions.

    • Reminder permissions allow users to authorize colleagues to view, edit, or delete their reminders. By deafault all colleagues are allowed to create reminders for each other.
