Every so often, OTYS has a release. During this release we fix a number of bugs that have been reported to us in the previous months, and we often update existing features or launch new ones. Our releases always include a newsletter which you can sign up for by using MyOTYS, and changing the communication preferences for you and any interested colleagues. If you do not have MyOTYS but would still like to be included in the newsletter, please send us a ticket that includes the email addresses of everyone that wishes to be part of the newsletter, and we will add you.
If one of your bugs or wishes has been picked up in the current release you will also receive a message, often through the ticket. If you reported a bug, you will get a standard message that confirms the bug has been resolved. If you requested a wish or new feature, you will get a more detailed explanation of how we implemented this feature. This information will also be visible to you and all other customers in the most recent release notes, which you can find in the articles underneath this one.
