Introduction

In case of outages in OTYS Go! and/or the OTYS Webservices, information about the outage at hand can be found on our external status page which can be found by clicking on the ‘'Check status’’ button on the top right of the OTYS Help center or clicking the ‘.

How does it work?

When opening the OTYS Status page, you will directly see the current status of the Go! software and/or the OTYS Webservices. This is indicated by the colored status message on top of the page. This indicator will change depending on the type of issue. When there are no known issues, the default status will be green and set to ‘All Systems Operational’.

The status bar

The status bar showing on the main page will be mostly or fully green, this indicates the time where there were no outages. Any color changes in this bar will indicate an outage.  On the right hand side of this bar, the last outage will be shown.

Current events

In case on an outage, more detailed information will show regarding the outage at hand under the ‘'current events’’ below the status bar. If you click on the incident, you can follow the last updates and expectations regarding the outage.

Event history

Any outage will be logged under the ‘‘History’’ tab on top of the status page. Under the ‘‘History overview’’ you will be able to find the past events. By clicking on the incidents listed here, you will see more detailed information regarding the past outage.
