As a user, you can set up your own profile, account details and configure your integrations.
Log in to the OTYS environment.
In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the profile picture.
Select “Settings”
→ The Settings Manager module will open directly to the Client settings

Tab: Account details
In the user settings, access the Account tab
Login Details: Update username and password for accessing OTYS.
Personal Data: Update job title and mobile phone number.
Configuration: Update personal email signature and reminder permissions.
Reminder permissions allow users to authorize colleagues to view, edit, or delete their reminders. By deafault all colleagues are allowed to create reminders for each other.
